Lucie Bailey

Lucie is a highly experienced economist who advises on economic growth, strategy and appraisal. Her clients, from both private and public sectors, include commercial developers, house builders and local authorities. Lucie joined Lichfields in 2011 from a specialist economic development consultancy.

Her recent project experience includes quantifying the economic footprint of the national house building industry, assessing the economic impacts associated with the Metropolitan Line Extension to Watford Junction and supporting the Berkshire local authorities and Local Enterprise Partnership to better understand the economic geography of the sub-region and plan for business needs.
