Pauline Roberts

Pauline joined Lichfields in 2005; she is an experienced planning and development surveyor.  Pauline advises several major clients across a range of sectors including mixed use, residential, education, healthcare, town centre and retail developments, managing complex projects and providing commercially focused planning advice. She also leads on the promotion of strategic land across the country, securing site allocations and housing delivery, including garden communities.

Pauline’s portfolio also extends to leading Lichfields’ Health service; advising on appropriate and effective planning and disposal strategies to maximise land receipts and the deliver improved health care environments.
