Kay Chaldecott joins Lichfields

Kay Chaldecott, a board member of New River Reit PLC and St Modwen Properties PLC, has joined Lichfields as a Non-Executive Director.
Kay, former Managing Director of Capital Shopping Centres PLC (now known as Intu Properties PLC), is recognised amongst the top 25 most prestigious women in the industry by The Association of Women in Property (2012).
Kay’s property knowledge, expertise and non-executive experience will help drive our business strategy forward and grow the business further in the future.
Kay will bring insight and knowledge to help us realise the potential of new markets and expand our services.
