Lichfields moves to new Manchester office
16 Mar 2017Lichfields will move to new Manchester premises as it continues to expand its presence in the North West. Currently based in One St James's Square, the team will be moving to their new base in Ship Canal House, King Street on 17 March.
Office Head Michael Watts said:
The office opened with four staff in 2002 and we have successfully grown our client base and profile over the last 15 years.
Our new home will help deliver a higher-quality environment for staff with break out areas and better meeting rooms, and will allow for expansion in the numbers being employed.
Last year was a busy one for the office and included the submission of 1.4m sq ft logistics base in St Helens, Permission for 700 dwellings at Yew Tree Farm, Burscough and an allocation of 1,100 dwellings on land at Halewood, Knowsley.
