Two new Senior Directors at Lichfields

01 May 2018
Lichfields has recognised the abilities of two of its Directors with promotions to Senior Director.

Nicola Woodward opened the firm’s Scottish base in Edinburgh in 2015 and continues to lead the office. Neil Westwick initially joined Lichfields’ London office and returned to his native North East seven years ago.

We are delighted to recognise the outstanding contributions Nicola and Neil make to our business. These promotions reflect their excellent work for our clients and the success of their offices.

James Fennell, Chief Executive

Nicola is a respected member of Scottish Government’s Planning Review Working Group on Housing and regularly addresses conferences in Scotland and the North East of England.

The Edinburgh office continues to go from strength to strength. We are developing a wide-reaching client base and supporting the growth of the Scottish economy with our work on some of the country’s most exciting current projects.

In the last few weeks Crosswind Development announced it had appointed Lichfields to deliver the planning for a residential and mixed-use scheme on an unused 100-acre site at Edinburgh Airport.

Neil Westwick has extensive experience in advising clients on a variety of projects, including major residential and commercial developments.

He is currently supporting Theakston Estates on the development of a 4,500 garden village to the north of Darlington.

The company continues to grow, both in the region and nationwide, and I am really pleased to be part of such a dynamic and forward thinking planning consultancy.
