Lichfields shortlisted at Insider NE Property Awards 2026
23 Mar 2026Lichfields is delighted to be shortlisted in the Specialist Property Consultancy of the Year category at the 2026 Insider North East Property Awards. Celebrating its tenth year, the awards recognise the talent, professionalism and hard work of the region’s property and commercial sector.
Lichfields’ submission highlighted its leading role in revitalising town centres and regenerating places across the North East. It showcased how the Office has supported health and wellbeing through major public‑sector projects, advanced the region’s industrial capabilities, and delivered thousands of new homes. The entry also demonstrated Lichfields’ contribution to delivering critical renewable energy and infrastructure schemes, alongside its ongoing commitment to supporting local communities.
2025 was another great year for Lichfields in the North East, maintaining our position as the leading planning consultancy in our market delivering the most diverse portfolio of projects. None of our achievements would have been possible without tremendous teamwork – both from our staff and the clients and co-consultants with whom we work.
