Gordon Thomson

Gordon joined Lichfields’ Edinburgh office in 2015 with over a decade’s experience in Scottish planning consultancy. Over his career, Gordon has assisted clients in realising development potential in a range of sectors including residential, mixed-use regeneration, retail, tourism and leisure, business and industry and major infrastructure.  Gordon’s skills include strategic planning advice, preparation and management of applications for planning permission, appeals/Local Reviews, development plan and policy led promotion, public and stakeholder engagement, Environmental Impact Assessment and Section 75 negotiations.
