Sophie Jefferson

Sophie joined Lichfields in 2006, over this time her role has changed immensely. Her responsibilities as Operations Manager now include: managing Lichfields’ quality and environmental systems, overseeing and monitoring environmental performance, conducting annual internal audits, and ensuring continuing compliance consistent with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Standards.

In addition Sophie is our Health and Safety Manager and advises directors and managers on all safety, health and welfare matters to ensure compliance with statutory obligations. She develops and implements the company’s approach to its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) responsibilities and drives forward the company’s Net-Zero Carbon Strategy. She’s the Data Protection Officer and project manages general business development projects.
