Sally Furminger

Sally joined Lichfields in September 2016 and gained chartership in February 2019. At Lichfields she has worked on number of projects including for residential, mixed-use, education and tourism and leisure uses. Sally has been involved in a wide range of planning work, including the preparation of planning applications and appraisals, preparing evidence for S78 appeals and writing representations to emerging Local Plans/ the New London Plan.

Sally specialises in housing schemes and is experienced in undertaking five-year housing land supply assessments to support planning applications and appeals. Sally’s recent projects have been London-focused and include working on the successful Dylon 2 Inquiry (Lower Sydenham, LB Bromley) which allowed 151 dwellings on Metropolitan Open Land.
