Myles Wild-Smith

Myles is an experienced planner with a focus on strategic land promotion through the Local Plan process. Myles also has extensive experience in advising private sector clients in respect of assessing local authorities’ five-year housing land supplies, housing mixes, demographics and S106 requests. Myles was also a key member of the project team for the successful Housing Infrastructure Fund Bid for Milton Keynes East.

Myles joined Lichfields’ London Office as a Planner in 2017, before relocating to the West Midlands in 2019 to help with setting up the Birmingham office.
