Planning for London’s industrial needs

21 Feb 2018
The draft London Plan heralds a bold new approach to planning for the capital’s industrial needs, more carefully managing the release and reuse of designated industrial land. This Insight report considers the potential balance of needs across different parts of the capital, asks how intensification and co-location could help better utilise industrial land, and analyses the potential for unmet industrial land needs to be accommodated beyond London’s boundary.
