The Transport Secretary’s backing for ‘affordable’ Crossrail 2 is this month’s headline news.
We also report on the latest Infrastructure and Projects Authority reports into the Government’s Major Projects Portfolio, and on the PPG updates to explain the requirements of the 2017 EIA Regulations.
