Hat-trick of planning permissions on Symmetry Park, Blyth
Last week, Lichfields secured a hat trick of approvals as members of Bassetlaw District Council planning committee voted to approve 3 planning applications on land at Symmetry Park, Blyth located at Junction 34 of the A1(M).
Earlier in the year Lichfields assisted db symmetry to secure planning permission for up to 721,000 sqft of employment floorspace on the wider site. These recent approvals permit a new coach sales and manufacturing unit for Irizar, a restaurant and café to be operated by Euro Garages and grant outline approval for use for one or more of a series of commercial uses.
Work is expected to start on the wider site in September this year with the construction of 150,000 sqft of employment floorspace. These developments are intended to complement the employment offer making Symmetry Park an attractive site for employers and creating jobs in the district.
