England planning news

In this special edition we report on several housing and planning-related announcements made by the Government at the end of 2016 and in the first days of the New Year. 

We cover important news relating to the publication of draft regulations in relation to permission in principle (‘PIP’), the use of conditions and housing prior approvals, and the Written Ministerial Statement on housing land supply requirement and neighbourhood planning.
