Lichfields assists St. Modwen with the regeneration of Kirkby Town Centre
15 Nov 2017Lichfields is assisting St Modwen to transform Kirkby Town Centre through a regeneration scheme that provides a new main food shopping destination, retail units, restaurants and leisure facilities. The scheme will greatly improve the offer and attraction of the town centre, as well as underpinning its long term vitality and viability.
This permission builds on Lichfields' long track record in Kirkby Town Centre having previously assisted Spenhill/Tesco in obtaining retail-led mixed use schemes.
Lichfields is delighted to have assisted St Modwen in securing planning permission for a major mixed-use retail-led redevelopment of this key town centre site, one which will significantly boost Kirkby’s retail and leisure offer and the local economy.
