Two approvals secured for Miller Homes
27 Oct 2017Lichfields is pleased to have secured planning permission for 101 new homes in School Aycliffe and 334 new homes in Hebburn on behalf of Miller Homes. Lichfields prepared, consulted upon and managed both applications to deliver 435 homes to aide Miller’s growth strategy in the north east.
The permission in Hebburn facilitates the redevelopment of a large brownfield site within one of South Tyneside’s largest towns, whilst the School Aycliffe scheme is a great example of how housing development can improve the sustainability of a small settlement - in this case through the provision of a play area on-site and improvements to the existing bus service.
Miller Homes are delighted to have secured these permissions and has utilised Lichfields’ expertise throughout the planning process.
