Nipper goes home
Following Lichfields’ work on the well-known regeneration scheme in Hayes in West London, we also secured planning permission to position Nipper in any one of three locations around The Old Vinyl Factory – located on the site of the former HMV main factory.
He sits close to a line of new gramophone trumpets which lead to the new Record Store – a refurbished office building funded by new housing alongside.
