An update on the intended content and timing of the revised National Planning Policy Framework is this month’s headline news.
We also report on new secondary legislation: an update on the amended CIL Regulations and a further Neighbourhood Planning Act 2017 Commencement Order.
Included in our review of recent court judgments is Richborough Estates Ltd v Secretary of State (SoS) for HCLG, which found lawful the December 2016 Written Ministerial Statement regarding the circumstances in which a neighbourhood plan should not be considered out of date if there is a three year supply of housing.
