Phase 3 approved for Stoneley Park, Crewe
15 Feb 2018On behalf of Taylor Wimpey UK Limited, Lichfields has secured reserved matters approval for Phase 3 at Stoneley Park, Coppenhall, Stoneley Road, Crewe. The application was delegated to Officers for approval and will deliver 417 new homes, infrastructure, open space and allotments.
Having worked on this scheme since 2009 we are delighted to have secured a further implementable permission on such an important strategic site in Cheshire East.
