Unlocking Growth in North Northants

Lichfields is delighted to have worked with the North Northamptonshire Joint Planning and Delivery Unit (JPDU) to prepare a new Investment Framework for North Northants, covering the local authority areas of Corby, East Northants, Kettering and Wellingborough.

The Investment Framework capitalises on the area’s location within the Oxford-Cambridge Arc – a nationally significant opportunity for transformational growth – by identifying measures to accelerate the delivery of planned housing and employment growth to 2031 and beyond. It prioritises key transport, energy, cultural and other types of infrastructure projects that will accelerate short term growth and help unlock further potential in the longer-term.

Our report will be used by the JPDU and its partners to leverage investment and funding to help realise North Northants’ considerable growth potential in the future.
