Lichfields wins a place on all Four of LCR’s Regional Property Planning Consultancy Panels

24 Apr 2020
Lichfields is pleased to announce that it has won a place on all of the regional planning consultancy frameworks recently established by regeneration expert LCR. The panels relate to London and the South-East, the Midlands, North-West, Yorkshire and the North-East. They will deliver planning and related services to LCR’s most active regions.

LCR is a public corporation wholly owned by the Department of Transport. Nationally the company is continuing to partner with local authorities and key transport bodies to bring forward development around key transport hubs, helping to create new homes, jobs and public value. LCR is involved in a number of exciting development projects including the £2.4 billion International Quarter London scheme in Stratford; the 24 acre Mayfield site in Manchester and a one million square feet redevelopment of the Axis site in Birmingham. Historically, it helped to deliver some of the transformation of King’s Cross, one of the UK’s most successful regeneration stories.

To win a place on all four regional frameworks is a great success for the company. These wins demonstrate our regional strengths, which underpin our position as a national leader in our sector, and our consistent ability to succeed in a highly competitive market. We very much look forward to working in partnership with LCR in helping to bring to fruition  a number of its most important regeneration projects.
