Planning Director boost for London office
Lichfields has announced a senior appointment as it continues to grow its London and South East operations and mark its 60th anniversary year.
Ben Simpson joins as Planning Director based at the company’s London office situated in the heart of the square mile, where he will be working alongside a 100-strong team of planning and development specialists. He brings over 25 years’ experience to the role with expertise advising on residential development, major projects, urban extensions and new communities.
At Lichfields he will continue to focus on overseeing major development projects across residential, commercial and public sectors as well working on a number of new business development initiatives.
Currently employing 215 people, Lichfields saw its fee revenues reach £22.6m last year and is well on course to pass the £25m milestone in 2022. Fully owned by an employee benefit trust, the company shares the proceeds of its success with its staff.
