Double success for Lichfields at North East industry awards
20 May 2022Lichfields is delighted to have been recognised in two prestigious categories at yesterday’s Insider Property Awards.
The North East awards are designed to recognise the talent, professionalism and sheer hard work of the region’s property sector and to reward those firms and individuals who have excelled throughout the last 12 months.
The Newcastle team was recognised as being the Specialist Property Consultancy of the Year. Lambton Park, Chester-le-Street was awarded Residential Development of the Year.
Over the past twelve months, the office has continued to build on its tremendous portfolio of work across the North East. The 40-strong team has delivered significant permissions for industrial floorspace and new homes, helping to support the region’s economic growth.
These accolades come at a time when Lichfields is celebrating its 60th anniversary and the Newcastle office enjoys its 30th year in the North East.
