Bristol office appoints new associate director

Lichfields has announced a senior appointment to it's Bristol office as it continues to invest in additional resources and expand its regional operations.
Phil Marsden joins as an associate director based at the company’s Bristol office in The Quorum, where he will be working alongside a fast-growing team of planning and development specialists. He brings 15 years’ experience and expertise in both national and regional retail, commercial, industrial and residential work to the role. 
Joining from Planning Potential, he brings a retail impact assessment specialism to Lichfields where he will be working on a range of commercial, housing and leisure development projects alongside progressing business development initiatives across the south west of England region.
Currently employing over 230 people, Phil Marsden’s appointment comes as Lichfields continues to mark its 60th anniversary year and target fees around the £25m milestone by the end of 2022.
Commenting on his new role, Phil said:
I’m really looking forward to taking my career to the next level at Lichfields and being part of a strong and highly professional team. I know the region very well, so will be looking to grow my local networks further in the months ahead and broaden my skills and experience working on a wide variety of projects.
