Lichfields named finalist at Insider North East Property Awards

This recognition celebrates the team's outstanding contributions to the property sector over the past year. Lichfields is particularly thrilled to be shortlisted for this award again, having won it last year.
Throughout 2022, the Newcastle office continued to deliver exceptional work and make significant contributions to the North East's economic growth. The office secured key permissions for industrial floorspace and new homes, helping to address the region's need for more housing and support economic development.
