Imogen Zulver shortlisted for RTPI North West Young Planner of the Year

Lichfields is delighted that Imogen Zulver has been shortlisted for Young Planner of the Year at the North West Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) Awards.
Having joined Lichfields in 2017, Imogen now has almost seven years’ post-qualification experience in the industry, four as a chartered member of the RTPI. Her work primarily focuses on the residential and healthcare sectors across North West England and North Wales. She has built up a portfolio of high profile and complex schemes including Peel Hall which comprises of a residential-led mixed use development in Warrington that will deliver up to 1,200 homes.
Imogen’s experience also extends to public sector schemes on behalf of the NHS that have secured much needed modernisation of key healthcare infrastructure. Her projects include the new Emergency and Urgent Care Campus at Stepping Hill Hospital in Stockport.
She strives to seek out new and innovative ways to diversify work streams in the business with a particular enthusiasm for healthcare given its profound importance in society.
  
Imogen is an exemplary professional with a superb understanding of the planning system and complexities of policies and regulations. She has worked on an impressive portfolio of projects for a range of clients, and is a valued member of the office and wider-company.
