Lichfields named finalist at Property Week Resi Awards

Lichfields is delighted to announce it has been shortlisted for the “Consultancy Practise of the year” award at the Property Week Resi Awards 2026. This award recognises consultancies’ that display unparalleled market knowledge and a strong track record of providing first rate research that is instrumental in the delivery of high-profile planning projects.

 

Over 2025, Lichfields has hosted a panel discussion with the Minister for Housing and Planning, produced an innovative evidence-led tool relating to the assessment of affordable housing need and impact, and published numerous pieces of research relating to a key housing-related issues garnering national press coverage. This enabled us to provide clear advice to clients to help them make informed decisions when new policy created uncertainty. Lichfields continues to secure permissions for new homes, in 2025 they secured planning permission for more than 23,000 homes, which not only helps address the acute housing need, but delivers considerable social, economic and environmental benefits.

 

The winner of the Property Week Resi Awards will be announced during an evening event on Wednesday 6 May at the iconic Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
