Lichfields wins at the Insider NE Property Awards

Lichfields has been named Property Consultancy of the Year at the Insider North East Property Awards 2026. Celebrating its tenth year, the awards recognise the talent, professionalism and hard work of the region’s property and commercial sector.  

Lichfields’ submission highlighted its leading role in revitalising town centres and regenerating places across the North East. It showcased how the Office has supported health and wellbeing through major public‑sector projects, advanced the region’s industrial capabilities, and delivered thousands of new homes. The entry also demonstrated Lichfields’ contribution to delivering critical renewable energy and infrastructure schemes, alongside its ongoing commitment to supporting local communities.

The judges were particularly impressed by the company’s focus on social well-being and diversity, through both internal initiatives and its work in the planning and development sector.
