Adam Donovan

Adam is a Town Planning consultant with extensive experience. Over the last 18 years Adam has worked closely with private and public sector clients on a wide range of planning issues in London and across the UK.

He has particular experience in complex mixed uses development in London and has advised on all aspects of the planning process including influencing policy, the submission of planning applications, the preparation of planning briefs, detailed planning strategies, application maximisation and S106 negotiations. Adam also has extensive experience in heritage planning, CPO and stakeholder and community consultation. 

Adam advises clients at all stages on the development process, from feasibility and site acquisition to securing planning permission, construction and beyond. 

Adam joined Lichfields in 2021 having previously worked for Deloitte and Drivers Jonas.
