Amy is a heritage specialist with particular experience in assessing the effects of proposals on the significance of heritage assets and their settings. This includes housing, mixed use, retail developments and alterations to listed buildings in both the public and private sectors.

Amy also has experience assessing townscape and visual effects of developments and has produced Heritage, Townscape and Visual Impact Assessments for sensitive locations including Bath city centre. Amy’s other experience includes her role as Heritage Assistant at St Pancras International Station and assisting with a Conservation Management Plan and Heritage Partnership Agreement.
