Andrea Macgregor-Barbour

Andrea joined Lichfields in the summer of 2024 having previously held the role of Town Planning Manager at M&S Plc.

She has a strong commercial focus and has dealt with challenging town planning matters across the UK in relation to store acquisitions; the redevelopment of stores, including change of use/mixed use development; distribution warehouses; and operational issues.

During her time at M&S she supported the business by providing strategic planning advice, liaised with internal and external project teams, prepared and reviewed planning submissions and appeals, negotiated planning terms on legal documents, including s106 Agreements, provided day to day support on projects and ensured proactive engagement with interested parties.

Prior to M&S Andrea was a planning officer at the largest Local Authority in Scotland.
