Luke Bonnici

Luke joined Lichfields in July 2021 having spent 10-years at Regeneris Consulting/ Hatch Urban Solutions where his primary role was to assess the economic and social impacts of different projects and interventions. Luke is an expert in the development of economic impact models assessing the benefits to local, regional and national economies. Luke’s experience covers a broad range of service areas, including commercial land and property developments, UK-based corporations, new housing and offshore wind farms.

Recent project experience includes supporting four offshore wind farms through the DCO process, produce various EIA and economic benefit statements for developments across London and the UK, and assessing the impact of major events on the London economy.
