Jack joined Lichfields’ Birmingham office in January 2026 as a Senior Planner, having previously served as Planning Manager for Crest Nicholson South West and, prior to that, progressed from Assistant Planner to Senior Planner at Ridge and Partners.
His experience at Lichfields includes the preparation and coordination of pre‑applications and planning applications, the submission of planning representations, Local Plan monitoring, and the completion of Flood Risk Sequential Tests.
During his time at Crest Nicholson, Jack was responsible for the submission and strategic management of all planning applications within the south west and provided comprehensive planning advice and support to the wider team across all matters.
