Brian is a highly experienced planner who has provided advice to a wide range of clients. Brian has worked for clients in both the public and private sector throughout the North West, West Midlands and North Wales since joined Lichfields in 2010. The majority of Brian’s work is in the residential, industrial, logistics and energy sectors.
Brian’s specialist experience strategic advice on Local Plans including promotion of large scale residential developments, participation at Local Plan examinations, the preparation and submission of planning applications, preparing housing land supply and housing needs assessments, and appeals.
