Casey Smith

Casey joined Lichfields in 2018 as an intern and has since worked on a wide range of projects across a variety of sectors.

Casey is predominantly involved in residential, tourism and retail projects on behalf of public and private sector clients. His experience includes the preparation, submission and management of planning applications; co-ordination of strategic site finding exercises; negotiations with local planning authorities, co-consultants and clients; and stakeholder engagement.
