Kay Chaldecott

Kay has over 25 years’ experience of the property industry. She is a member of the RICS and has a breadth of industry knowledge covering the development process, leasing and property management and operations. Kay is a Non-Executive Director of New River and a member of the Advisory Board of Next Leadership. Previously Kay has been a Non-Executive Director of St. Modwen Properties and Managing Director of the shopping centre business of Capital Shopping Centres Group, where she served as a main Board Director.
