Clover Long

Clover joined Lichfields’ Manchester office in 2022, having worked in the private sector since 2019 following the completion of her Masters degree in Town Planning from the University of Manchester.

Clover has experience across a wide range of sectors, having worked on a variety of residential, infrastructure, mixed-use regeneration and healthcare schemes across the UK. Her experience includes preparing, submitting and managing planning applications, preparing development appraisals and drafting Development Plan representations.
