Willow joined Lichfields in August 2025 as a graduate following the completion of her MPlan Urban Studies and Planning degree at the University of Sheffield. Her dissertation explored the implementation of blue-green infrastructure in three UK cities.
Prior to joining Lichfields she completed work experience at two local authorities, with one placement focusing on development management and the other involving assisting with the creation of the local plan.
