Erin Crompton

Erin joined Lichfields in 2025, bringing with her valuable experience from her previous role as an Assistant Planner in a strategic land team. Over the course of 18 months in her previous role, she gained expertise in land promotion and also contributed to smaller tourism projects through the company’s sister branch.

Erin completed an undergraduate degree in Urban Planning at Newcastle University and hopes to become an Associate Member of the RTPI in early 2026.
