Georgia joined Lichfields in September 2018, having graduated from the University of Cambridge, where she studied Geography and wrote a dissertation on the Green Belt in her hometown of Sheffield. She subsequently completed a part-time Master’s in Spatial Planning at the Bartlett School of Planning (UCL). Georgia is a Chartered Member of the RTPI.

Since joining Lichfields’ London office, Georgia has worked on a wide range of projects for residential, mixed-use, retail and leisure developments. She now works mainly on London-based residential-led projects and has prepared and submitted major and minor planning applications across many London boroughs. Georgia has experience in undertaking planning appraisals, appeals and preparing representations to Local Plan documents on behalf of private and public sector clients. She is adept at liaising with stakeholders on a range of planning issues and policy challenges.
