Georgia joined Lichfields in September 2018, having graduated from the University of Cambridge, where she studied Geography and wrote a dissertation on the Green Belt in her hometown of Sheffield. She subsequently completed a part-time Master’s in Spatial Planning at the Bartlett School of Planning (UCL) in October 2020.

Since joining Lichfields’ London office, Georgia has worked on a wide range of projects for residential, mixed-use, retail and leisure uses. She now works mainly on London-based residential-led projects and has prepared and submitted a number of both major and minor planning applications. Georgia has experience in undertaking planning appraisals, appeals and representations to Local Plan documents on behalf of private and public sector clients.

Georgia is a Licentiate member of the RTPI, currently working towards chartered membership.
