Dan joined Lichfields’ Newcastle office in 2001.  Dan is a town centres and retail/leisure specialist; his clients include developers, operators and asset managers across the north of England. He leads the preparation of sequential site and impact assessments and has helped deliver planning permissions for Marks & Spencer, Lidl, KFC, intu, Centros, The Emerson Group, Urban & Civic, Jomast and The Northumberland Estates. He also advises a number of local authorities across the north of England on retail/leisure need, planning policy and individual proposals.
