Alex Davies

Alex is an economist and research analyst with experience in delivering data-driven research projects and policy analysis.

Before joining Lichfields in 2019 Alex studied Economics at Manchester Metropolitan University. During this time he gained experience working with both the private and public sector, providing policy interpretation in the B2B environment with a focus on Brexit. Alex is now specialising in built environment economics, providing evidence to support development with a particular focus on housing.
