Dominic Holding

Dominic is a planner based in our Manchester office where he advises a wide range of clients. His experience has predominantly been in the residential, retail, heritage and industrial development sectors. He’s worked on a wide variety of projects for both private and public sectors throughout North England.

Dominic’s experience covers development appraisals, the submission of planning applications (including accompanying Planning Statements), Heritage Impact Assessments and Community Consultation. He also has experience in shaping local development plans through written representation and the preparation of Supplementary Planning Guidance documents and Retail Studies for Local Planning Authorities.  Dominic joined Lichfields in December 2013.
