Felix Charteris

Felix is a specialist in built heritage and has particular experience managing change to listed buildings and conservation areas through the planning system. As part of the Heritage and Townscape team, Felix advises on design within historic contexts and is experienced in the assessment of both significance and impact.

Prior to joining Lichfields in 2022, Felix worked as a Conservation Officer for two local authorities, most recently at LB Wandsworth; and completed master’s degrees in Classical Archaeology and Historic Building Conservation.

Felix was the winner of the IHBC’s 2020 Gus Astley Award, for his master’s dissertation.
