Florence joined Lichfields in 2022 after completing her master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Sheffield with distinction. Her dissertation explores the subjective interpretation of walkability with Sheffield city centre as the urban context under study.
Prior to joining Lichfields, Florence undertook an internship in the private sector in Manchester. Since joining, she has been working on a wide range of planning tasks to support the delivery of development projects across the Thames Valley region, including preparing planning appraisals and planning strategy notes. She is currently working towards attaining her RTPI chartered membership.
Florence also has a professional background in journalism and communication, having previously worked as a journalist for the newspapers and television news channel in Hong Kong for more than five years.
