Meghan joined Lichfields in 2025 and has worked in the private planning sector on a range of development projects across the north west, since 2019.
Meghan has completed a Royal Town Planning Institute Accredited Degree Apprenticeship in Town and Country Planning at Leeds Beckett University and became a Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in November 2023.
Her experience covers a range of sectors, including residential, education, health, leisure and mixed-use regeneration scheme. Meghan advises a range of clients, and her experience includes the coordination and management of planning applications, the preparation of development appraisals and the preparation of written representation planning appeals.
Meghan has been a member of the Forum for Tomorrow (‘FFT’) Committee for the past four years and has recently taken on the role of Chair of the FFT Committee. The FFT provides networking opportunities for young professionals across a wide range of professions within the UK infrastructure, property and construction Industry.
