Matthew Gregg

Matthew joined Lichfields in August 2021 having spent 11 years at Sheffield City Council in plan making, city centre regeneration and as a specialist policy advisor on planning applications. Prior to that, he spent two years as a graduate with a planning consultancy in the North West.

Matthew has an in-depth understanding of the planning system, a commercial awareness, and a clear vision for delivery. His experience covers a broad range of specialisms, including the market feasibility of city centre living, high street vitality and viability, consultation and elected Member liaison, and the management of flood risk in the planning process.
