Heather joined Lichfields London Office in December 2025 as a Senior Planner within the Commercial team. She has previously held positions within the Central London Planning team at JLL and the London Planning team at Rapleys. She became a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in March 2023.
Heather has worked on commercial, industrial, residential, leisure and tourism, education, and mixed-use schemes, advising a diverse range of clients across both private and public sectors.
Heather’s experience includes the preparation of planning appraisals, the submission of pre-application advice requests, the preparation and co-ordination of planning applications, the negotiation of planning conditions and restrictions, and the submission of call-for-sites representations.
