Rhiannon Harrop-Griffiths

Rhiannon joined Lichfields in September 2021 following the completion of an undergraduate degree in Human Geography at the University of Leeds and a Master’s degree in Sustainability, Planning and Environmental Policy at Cardiff University.

Rhiannon has been involved in a wide range of projects including the assessment of the social and economic impact of development; calculation of housing need, supply and mix; and identification of the need for education and care facilities. She has also undertaken planning appraisals and appeals, managed minor planning applications, assisted with due diligence work and prepared site licences for tourism facilities.
